Fuel Division

GLOBAL GROUP – FUEL DIVISION / PROFILE

The fuel division is a downstream energy group offering a range of services and resources at different markets of the region. It involves in oil trading, terminal storage, inland logistic services and retail stations.

We are also proud to note that we have also provide bunker supplies to the vessels of the Australian, Chinese and American navies. These are testament of the quality of both our service and products.

In 2016, we successfully acquired a chain of petrol stations in the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste. This acquisition enabled us to evolve into a more complete entity. The retail segment of our Fuel Supply Division provides a natural outlet to our supply chain.

In 2019, we are planning to build the largest oil storage terminal in Democratic Republic of Timor Leste. This investment plan will provide growth and sustainability of our business unit in Timor Leste.

The Global Group has established an extensive network with oil majors, trading house and national oil companies, allowing us to offer a wider range of quality products and services to various markets. Our strong operations teams ensures reliability and `Best in Class’ services to our customers also the region.

Moving forward, we intend to continue to extend our growth both horizontally and vertically. Through an informed diversification our products and services range, making our business model highly scalable and sustainable. In addition, we will continue to source for more opportunities within the Group’s competency.

Fuel Supply

OTE Energy, Lda - BRINGING ENERGY TO YOU

OTE Energy (OTE) is a Timor Leste registered company, is part of the Global Group of companies Timor Leste, with operations in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Established in 2019, as a trading company, to provide price competitive and high quality fuel products such as Diesel, Mogas, Lubricants and Bitumen from wholesalers and refineries. With our own downstream supply chain from procurement, quality control, to logistic deployment, OTE is able to provide efficient, round-the-clock, and fuel supply services to all our customers.

Global Group Petrol Stations and Retail Network

In addition, we started acquiring and building petrol stations in 2016, together with our gradual investments throughout the past few years, we have built up a portfolio of 7 self-owned stations, and we are in the process of constructing 2 more stations in the latter part of 2020.

We have also established a strong network of petrol stations to whom, we supply fuel to under long termed supply contracts.

Under the group, we owned and managed total of 9 petrol stations – 6 in Dili City, 1 in Laga and 1 in Suai Camanasa and Maliana. In addition, OTE Energy is working very closely with other petrol station partners across Timor Leste to ensure quality control and supply to their petrol stations.

Bitumen Supply

GSGP Trading and Consultants sources its bitumen products from major refineries and supply through OTE Energy and we have provided bitumen to many of the major road construction projects across the districts in Timor Leste.
